Gracey 1/2:

• Area of Use: Anterior teeth.
• Design: Designed with an angled shank for effective adaptation on all tooth surfaces of anterior teeth.

Gracey 3/4:

• Area of Use: Anterior teeth.
• Design: Slightly different angulation compared to the 1/2 to provide better access to deeper pockets and tight spaces in anterior areas.

Gracey 5/6:

• Area of Use: Anterior teeth and premolars.
• Design: Longer shank for better access to the premolar region; works well for both anterior teeth and premolars.

Gracey 7/8:

• Area of Use: Buccal and lingual surfaces of posterior teeth.
• Design: Curved blade and angulated shank to effectively clean buccal and lingual surfaces of molars and premolars.

Gracey 9/10:

• Area of Use: Buccal and lingual surfaces of posterior teeth.
• Design: Similar to 7/8 but with a different blade angulation to accommodate different anatomy and access more difficult areas.
