Customer satisfaction is Medkraft Orthodontics primary objective, and we understand, your purchase may not always meet your needs. In an effort to make the return process as hassle-free as possible, all returns shall meet the following requirements.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your purchase.
- Items must be in their original state, condition and in the original packaging.
- Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
- Please allow 7 business days for the processing of returned items.
- Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
- An additional email will be sent within 2 business days of receipt regarding the status of the returned items.
- It may take up to 14 days for a refund to post to the account utilized for purchase.
In compliance with OSHA regulations concerning potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, MedKraft cannot accept instruments for evaluation without verified proof of sterilization. If such proof is not provided, MedKraft Orthodontics reserves the right to either dispose of the items or return them to the sender.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- However, shipping is free on orders placed within 7 days of purchase. (U.S.A Only)
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be processed for items of the same price. Additional fees may apply.
Order Shortage Notification Policy
Any shortage within your order must be reported promptly within 7 days of your order receipt to be considered. Medkraft Orthodontics is not responsible for any shortage reported after 7 days.
